First Time Buyer Reader Awards 2011

Here at Designs on Property, we admit in the past we haven't been overly polite about Location, Location, Location. However, having just attended the prestigious First Time Buyer Reader Awards at The Landmark Hotel in London, Phil Spencer the awards host was none other than a genuinely nice chap. After 10 years on our television screens, Phil has quite a following and having met this 'TV icon' - we're having to eat our words!

Phil Spencer the host for this year's First Time Buyer Reader Awards, along with award presenters Jasmine Harman (A Place in the Sun), Lee McQueen (Apprentice winner) and Johnny Benarr (To Buy or Not to Buy) to name but few, did an outstanding and very professional job of hosting and presenting these awards.

Lynda Clark (Editor) and all the team at First Time Buyer Magazine did a fantastic job of organising these affordable housing industry awards, which rewards the social housing developers as well as the few private ones, such as Miller Homes that make an enormous effort to get people onto the housing ladder that would otherwise struggle.
